1. What we provide

FoxyLabs publishes PaperForge v0.1.0, a desktop PDF workspace (Linux, Windows), and this website. v0.1.0 is local-only — your PDFs stay on your machine. OAuth cloud sync is in development and not yet shipped.

2. Data we process

• Your PDFs: opened and processed locally on your device; never uploaded to FoxyLabs.
• Support emails: messages you send to [email protected].
• Website logs: basic server logs (IP, user-agent) for security/debugging. No analytics, no ad trackers.
• Planned, not collected yet: when OAuth ships, Google account basics + Drive files via full read/write scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, so you can browse and pick any files), plus OneDrive/Dropbox equivalent. Tokens used only for actions you trigger.

3. Sharing, retention, security

• No sale of personal data. No ad networks. No third-party data sharing except when required by law.
• Support correspondence kept as needed to resolve issues.
• Site self-hosted on Debian + Caddy with HTTPS. Report issues to [email protected].

4. Your choices / deletion

Email [email protected] with subject “Deletion request” to delete support data. Uninstall PaperForge to remove the local app. See /contact/.

5. In development, not yet shipped

OAuth cloud sync is being built and is not available in v0.1.0. When it ships, provider data will be used only to perform actions you request — no ads, no sale. Use of Google user data will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. This policy will be updated with a new effective date at launch.

6. Changes

Material changes will be noted here and on the homepage with a new effective date.
