1. Coverage

These terms cover foxylabs.net and PaperForge v0.1.0 (Linux, Windows). By downloading/using PaperForge you agree.

2. License

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install/use local builds from /downloads/ or linked GitHub releases. No redistribution or resale.

3. Safety boundaries

Encryption writing, signing, and selective secure redaction are unsupported and refuse to run. Blackout extract is a separate destructive export that does not erase originals. replace_text is editing, not secure redaction. You are responsible for having rights to files you process and for keeping backups before bulk operations.

4. Acceptable use

• No abuse, bypassing safety refusals, or unlawful use.
• No IP or privacy infringement.
• Access to downloads may be suspended for abuse.

5. Pre-release

v0.1.0, under active development. Features and platforms may change, including in-development OAuth cloud sync (cloud terms activate at launch; until then desktop-only). Test representative PDFs before production workflows.

6. Disclaimers

Provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Always keep backups of important PDFs.

7. Liability

No indirect/incidental/consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
